Follow
these steps to book a flight:

departures from your city, follow the
steps 1 to 7 :

Why can't bookings be made on some airlines and
to some destinations?
The
fulfillment agent, acting as Uflyonline.com ticketing
agent, act as agent for most scheduled airlines
worldwide. If the Fulfillment agent does not sell
seats on chartered flights we do not serve those
destinations serviced only by charter flights.

Can
I book an internal flight?
Domestic internal flights can be booked on most
airlines anywhere in the world so long as the
delivery address for the documents is in your
country.

to the airline, but a firm allocation is not guaranteed.

Can
I accumulate Frequent Flyer Miles/Points with UFLYonline.com?
Where
permitted by the individual airline's regulations
points can be credited to the passenger's account.
To do so either provide UFLYonline.com
with your account number in our passengers details

What
extras may I be required to pay?
In
general UFLYonline has calculated all extras or taxes to be added
on tickets ,however in some cases there are two charges levied
in addition to the price of the ticket, that can be collected
in the airport such as:
- Certain
airlines impose a Passenger Service Charge (PSC) or Fuel surcharge
ranging from $10 to $15 depending upon the airport traveled
from.
- Governments
worldwide impose airport taxes that, typically, range from $10
to $50 per passenger.

How
do I cancel my flight?
Reservations
will be canceled automatically if any payment
has not been received within 72 hours of the reservation
being made.
All
tickets are issued on a non-refundable / non-endorsable
basis unless otherwise stated.

How
do I get a refund?
Air
tickets returned for refund are subject to a minimum
cancellation charge of equivalent to $25 per ticket,
irrespective of the number of tickets returned.
Tickets are presented to the respective airline
or consolidator for assessment. Refunds by airlines
or consolidators for part-used tickets are always
less than pro-rata and in some cases there may
be no refund value whatsoever. Refunds will not
be paid to you until they have been received by
the Company from the relevant airline or consolidator.
This usually takes 8-10 weeks but in some cases
(e.g. lost tickets) may take considerably longer,
i.e. up to 9 months.

How
will I receive my ticket?
Your
Documents will be secured to you, once your reservation
has been paid. This will be worked out with our
ticketing department that will arrange it with
you.
For credit cards payments, allow 24-48 hours for
delivery.
For cash payment, allow 72 hours for delivery.
For cheque Payment, allow up to 10 days for delivery.

At
what age is an air passenger considered an infant/child?
Child:
2 - 11 years for the full travel period.
Infant: 0 - 1 years for the full travel period.
Infants are not allocated a seat and must travel
on an adult's lap. Consult us for the baby fare.

What
flexibility does my ticket afford me?
Generally
all tickets are issued on a non-refundable/non-endorsable
basis unless otherwise stated. However changes,
if permitted, will normally attract a charge.

What
is a difference between preferred and published
rates?
Preferred
rates are special rates negotiated specially with
the airlines for the Lebanese markets, and are
sold only in Lebanon. Published rates are official
rates agreed on by all airlines through IATA and
are sold all over the world depending on the routing
requested.
